Adult customers can order products with an invoice. You will receive an invoice with your package, which has a 14-day interest-free payment period.

When you select invoice as your payment method, we will verify your credit and address information.

Installment payment - Klarna account

You can pay for your order in installments using Klarna's installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna's installment payment, Klarna Oy automatically opens an account for you with your first order.

You can reduce the balance of your account in monthly installments of your choice, but at least either €9 or 1/24 of the total bill amount, whichever is greater. You can always pay the total bill amount in one go if you wish.

All purchases you pay for with Klarna installments are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly invoice, even when you pay with Klarna installments at other online stores. This means that you only receive one invoice per month, with only one billing surcharge, regardless of the order quantity. Once you have paid the remaining amount of the invoice, the account will be closed automatically.

To approve your purchase, you will be asked in the shopping cart for your personal identification number, the address you have registered in the population register and information about your annual income. You will receive a decision on the approval of your order immediately after confirming your order. When you pay with Klarna installments for the first time, you will be sent an account agreement by mail, which you must sign and send to Klarna Oy.

Remember to carefully read Klarna's installment payment terms and conditions at: Klarna's terms and conditions

You can now also get answers to questions related to invoices by using Klarna's electronic customer service form at www.klarna.com.

Are the products durable?

All our products are oven, microwave, dishwasher and freezer safe. However, the products require care and attention to ensure they remain in good condition. When using ovenware (made of vitro porcelain), the following points should always be remembered:

The dish must not be lifted directly from the oven onto a cold, damp surface or onto a steel surface.
The dish should not be moved directly from the freezer to the oven.
A container filled with liquid must not be frozen.
The container should be handled with care, as bumps can cause the container to break during later use.
Also, do not put frozen food in the container when using the oven. When the container is placed in the oven, there is a temperature fluctuation that may break the container.
Maximum oven temperature 250 c, not less than 10 cm from the heating elements.

What should be considered when using Bistro flame-resistant products?

A fireproof ceramic pot can also be used for storing food, unlike coated containers. The ceramic surface repels dirt and bacteria and does not dissolve harmful substances. The pot is made of fireproof ceramic.
The pot is suitable for electric and gas stoves, ovens, baking ovens, dishwashers, microwaves and can be placed in the freezer. The maximum oven temperature is 300 degrees. The lid is also oven-safe.

  • A pot with induction capability can also be used on an induction hob. (If the pot is equipped with induction capability, this is indicated on the packaging lid.) The base material of the induction pot can withstand normal cleaning with a dish brush and in the dishwasher. However, do not scrub the surface with, for example, a scouring pad. The surface may be damaged.
  • Do not heat the flame pot empty. Avoid using the stove at maximum power. Food is cooked well at, for example, 60% of the maximum power.
  • Use a little oil or fat for frying. Note: Not suitable for deep frying.
  • The lid will get hot when boiling, use an oven mitt to help.
  • Avoid sudden changes in temperature. Place hot dishes on a wooden or textile surface to cool after use.
  • You will have the best success with casserole recipes when you heat slowly and evenly.
  • The microcrystalline surface of Bistro dishes can develop a patina from partially charred fats and oils in the food. The patina usually forms blue or rainbow-like patches. The patches are oil or grease, which can come from food, fingerprints or spills. The glaze itself is dense and does not penetrate or absorb liquids or fats. Patina is not a cause for concern when washed normally, it is not a health risk or a sign of damage to the glaze. If the patches are a nuisance in terms of appearance, it is worth maintaining the dish by oiling it. Oil, e.g. ordinary cooking oil, is applied to the surface of the dish with kitchen paper after washing and drying. A very small amount of oil is enough, just enough for the surface to absorb and the oil does not need to drain.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are almost entirely manufactured in Estonia at our own factory. Currently, the pink and warm grey dishes in the Aito series are manufactured elsewhere. They are manufactured in Thailand by our partner.
