Delivery terms in brief:
1. Products have a 14-day return policy.
2. Products that are in stock have a delivery time of 1 - 7 business days.
3. If the consumer has been delivered the wrong product, or the product is defective, the consumer must notify the Kultakeramiikka.com online store customer service either by email pihtipudas(at)kultekeramiikka.fi or by phone 0207 940 340 (Mon-Fri 10-16)
4. Kultakeramiikka.com is not responsible if the delivery of the order is prevented, made difficult or delayed due to circumstances beyond Kultakeramiikka.com's control, such as war, natural disaster, export or import ban, decision of the authorities, disruption of public traffic or other similar activities that hinder or prevent the operation of the Kultakeramiikka.com online store.

1. Delivery time
The delivery time for our products is 1 - 7 working days. We always strive for the fastest possible delivery.
2. Delivery methods
- Postal package, price €7.90
Pick up your ordered products from your local Posti or parcel machine. You will be notified by text message or email when the package arrives, and you can pick up your shipment from Posti immediately after 4 p.m. on the day of arrival or from a Posti parcel machine immediately after receiving the arrival notification.
- Home delivery by Posti, price €24.90
Posti's home delivery is an easy way to receive your shipment. Smaller items will be delivered to the address of your choice. For larger items, Posti will agree on a delivery time with you.
Shipments are delivered to recipients in larger cities on weekdays by 9 pm and in other areas by 2 pm or 5 pm.
You can track the progress of your Posti shipments using the tracking number, which you will receive by email when we send the package.
- Pick-up from the nearest Matkahuolto office, price €7.90
In addition to Matkahuolto, you can pick up your package at any Tradeka Siwa, Valintatalo or Euromarket store or R-kiosk. The dense store network and the stores' long service hours in the evenings and weekends guarantee that you can pick up your package nearby when it suits you best. The application searches for the nearest stores to the delivery address, from which you can choose the one you prefer as your pick-up point. When the package is available for pick-up at the destination station, you will receive a notification via text message.
- Delivery directly to your door, price €24.90
Matkahuolto will deliver the package to the customer's door. Delivery is arranged with the customer over the phone.
When you enter your email address in your order information, you will receive a Matkahuolto tracking number in your email upon delivery, which you can use to track the progress of your order.
3. Payment methods
Klarna Checkout: The options available to you are Invoice, installment payment, online banking and credit cards - all equally secure!
Plastic: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Eurocard.
Klarna invoice: You will receive an invoice with your order. You have 14 days to pay without interest. Invoicing surcharge 3.60 euros.
Installment payment - Klarna account: You can pay for your order in installments using Klarna's installment payment method. When you pay with Klarna's installment payment, Klarna Oy automatically opens an account for you with your first order.
You can reduce the balance of your account in monthly installments of your choice, but at least either €9 or 1/24 of the bill's total, whichever is greater. You can always pay the remaining amount of the invoice in one go if you wish.
All purchases you pay for with Klarna installments are automatically combined into the same account and the same monthly invoice, even when you pay with Klarna installments at other online stores. This means that you only receive one invoice per month, with only one billing surcharge, regardless of the order quantity. Once you have paid the remaining amount of the invoice, the account will be closed automatically.
To approve your purchase, you will be asked in the shopping cart for your personal identification number, the address you have registered in the population register and information about your annual income. You will receive a decision on the approval of your order immediately after confirming your order. When you pay with Klarna installments for the first time, you will be sent an account agreement by mail, which you must sign and send to Klarna Oy.

4. Right of return and product exchanges
Products have a full 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unused and unaltered.
The return must be reported. in advance by email to pihtipudas(at)kultekeramiikka.fi or by phone at 0207 940 340 (Mon-Fri 10am-4pm).
We ask that you return the products as a Posti customer return to the following address:

The same right of return applies to damaged products or if you have received an incorrect delivery. In this case, you do not have to pay shipping costs.
However, we kindly ask you to state in your notification:
- Reason for return (if damaged or incorrect product)
- Subscriber identification information (name / order number)
- Do you just want to return the product and get your money back, or would you like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or incorrect product (and refund any difference).
- For refunds, please provide your account number.
We charge a return fee of €7.90 for customer returns .
5. Complaints
Please send all complaints related to the order or delivery within seven (7) days of receiving the order to the following address: pihtipudas(at)kultekeramiikka.fi or call 0207 940 340.
6. Cancelling an order
The customer may cancel their order if delivery has not taken place within a reasonable time. Cancellation of the order must be notified to the address pihtipudas(at)kultekeramiikka.fi.fi or by calling 0207 940 340 . We usually notify our customers by email or phone if the delivery time differs from normal. Kultekeramiikka.com also reserves the right to cancel the order and return the money to the customer's account.
