Delivery and contract terms

The following terms are in force in online store transactions between the customer and Kultakeramiikka.

Custorem relation

For successful orders from the Kultakeramiikka online store, the customer must provide, when placing an order, his or her contact details to the Kultakeramiikka customer register. If desired, the customer may also register as a loyal customer and subscribe to the newsletter.

Kultakeramiikka customer details are confidential. Kultakeramiikka does not surrender its customer register details to anyone outside the company. Customers have the statutory right, under the Personal Data Act, to inspect information held on them in the register. The purpose of the register is to maintain customer relationships. The data contained in the register are name, address, telephone number and email address. Kultakeramiikka Oy, at the address Putaanportintie 13, 44800 Pihtipudas, Finland, is responsible for the customer register.

Prices and delivery methods within Finland

Prices are shown on the online store and include VAT at 24%. The following payment methods may be used:

Payment methods

Paytrail is used to support payment methods. With the Paytrail service you can pay for your purchases by bank transfer from most Finnish banks, as well as by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard.

Payment by Visa, Visa Electron and MasterCard

If you wish to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Kultakeramiikka Oy acts solely as the marketer of the products and servers, as well as delivering the products to the buyer. Any claims should be addressed to Paytrail Oyj. When payment is made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Paytrail Oyj acts as the seller of the product, and the resulting transaction is between the customer and Paytrail Oyj. The seller is responsible for all duties related to the transaction. Paytrail Oyj is also the beneficiary of the payment. Online banking payments

The online banking-related payment and financing service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj buys the payment transaction and transfers it to the merchant’s account. From the customer’s perspective, the service functions just like traditional online banking.

Delivery period

The delivery period for our products is about 7 days. If delivery takes longer than this, Kultakeramiikka will try to notify the customer of this immediately. As a rule, the online store only sells products that are in the warehouse which can be dispatched straight away. Orders are dispatched to Finland, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany.

Right to return

Customers have the right to exchange or return products ordered from the Kultakeramiikka online store within 14 days, on the condition that the product is unused and in sellable condition. When returning a product, the customer must enclose a copy of the packaging slip and a returns form filled in with the customer’s name, contact details and order number. Kultakeramiikka returns the price paid for the product to the bank account provided by the customer as soon as it has received the returned product.

Products are returned using the Finnish postal service’s free customer returns service. The return address and the label “customer return” must be affixed to the parcel. Customers should retain their postal receipt until they have received their refund in your bank accounts.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning error-free parcels sent to destinations outside Finland.
